摘要: 为了探讨大学生压力、坚韧性人格及其学校适应的关系,为大学生学校适应方面的指导工作提供相应的科学依据,采用整群抽样法,运用大学生学校适应量表(CCSAS)、大学生压力量表(CSS)和大学生坚韧人格评定量表对482名大学生进行调查。结果发现,大学生坚韧性人格能调节压力与学校适应的关系(Beta = 0.083, p To explore the relationship among stress, the hardiness and school adjustment of college students, and to provide scientific basis for directing college students’ level of school adjustment, 482 under-graduate students were investigated with the three Questionnaires: Chinese College Student Adjustment Scale (CCSAS), College stress Scale(CSS) and College Students Hardiness Scale.
